Returns

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products available.  Even with the best of intentions, things can go wrong from time to time.  Please call or email us so we can have the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have.  Our return policy is designed to make resolution of any problems as quick and easy as possible.

  -Buyer pays return shipping - Unless product is damaged during shipping.
  -Please be sure to include a copy of the original invoice, or packing slip  with the returned product.
  -No returns on installed products. (Once hung, filled with water, etc.).
  -Refunds will be made once we have received the returned product.
